Project
A senior serviced apartment complex with extremely high quality living and furnishings is being built here. It comprises 11,000 m² of listed floor space, which will be divided into luxurious apartments ranging in size from approx. 30 m² (= 1-bedroom apartment) to approx. 140 m² (4-bedroom apartment) in accordance with the WEG.
Project
The former Auguste-Viktoria miners' salvationthe VERAMED Clinic, is being converted into a The new building will be converted into a spa clinic with an adjoining event hotel and a senior citizens' residence. An additional new building is being constructed in the area of the non-listed outbuildings (machine house, administration building, medical center, garage and nurses' home), so that an area of approx. 29,730 m² will be available in future.
Project
UNICORN REAL ESTATE GmbH is currently in the process of acquiring the former Sattelhof country inn with a floor area of approx. 11,261 m². The project development is almost complete with the obtaining of planning permission for the conversion of the existing building into approx. 40 barrier-free apartments (increased renovation depreciation in accordance with Section 7 EStG) and the construction of approx. 60 new apartments, also barrier-free.
